  • Our memberships provide a set number of daycare visits each month at a discounted rate. Simply choose the membership that best fits your dog's routine and enjoy the flexibility of booking your visits throughout your monthly billing cycle.

  • Absolutely! One of the biggest benefits of our memberships is flexibility. You're not locked into the same days each week—simply book the available days that work best for your schedule.

  • Our memberships include:

    Full Day Memberships

    • 3 Full Day Membership – 12 Full Day Visits per Month

    • 4 Full Day Membership – 16 Full Day Visits per Month

    • 5 Full Day Membership – 20 Full Day Visits per Month

    Half Day Memberships

    • 3 Half Day Membership – 12 Half Day Visits per Month

    • 4 Half Day Membership – 16 Half Day Visits per Month

    • 5 Half Day Membership – 20 Half Day Visits per Month

  • No! You have the flexibility to book your visits whenever it works best for you throughout your monthly billing cycle. Whether you prefer to schedule all of your visits in advance or book them as needed, the choice is yours. We simply recommend booking early to help secure your preferred dates.

  • Yes! You're welcome to reserve your visits as far in advance as you'd like within your current monthly billing cycle. Booking ahead is a great way to secure your preferred dates, especially during busy periods.

  • No. Membership visits are valid only during your current monthly billing cycle. Any unused visits expire at the end of the billing period and do not carry over.

  • We understand that plans change! Appointments may be changed or cancelled in accordance with our daycare cancellation policy. Any eligible visit credit will remain available for use during your current monthly billing cycle.

  • Yes! If your daycare needs change, we're happy to help you switch to a membership that's a better fit. Changes will take effect based on your membership renewal date.

  • No. Memberships are assigned to one dog and cannot be shared between multiple dogs.

  • No problem! Additional Full Day or Half Day visits can be booked at our regular daycare rates whenever space is available.

  • Memberships provide discounted daycare visits, but appointments are still subject to availability. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred dates.

  • Memberships renew automatically each month on the same date they were purchased. Your monthly visit balance is refreshed with each successful renewal.

  • Yes. You may cancel your membership at any time before your next renewal date. Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

  • If Connors Woof Pack is closed for a statutory holiday or another scheduled closure, your monthly membership price remains the same. Because memberships are designed to offer flexible monthly visits, you're welcome to use your included visits on any available operating day during your billing cycle. We recommend booking early around holiday weeks, as appointments may fill more quickly.
