Receive Your Camera Invitation
Step 1
Once your dog has completed their Visit & Assessment and is enrolled with Connors Woof Pack, we’ll send a private Ring camera invitation to the email address on file.
Set Up Your Ring Account
Step 2
Simply download the Ring app, create or sign in to your Ring account, and accept the invitation.
Check In on Your Pup
Step 3
From there, you’ll be able to check in on your pup and catch moments of play, enrichment, and fun throughout the day during designated viewing periods.

To create the happiest, safest, and most enriching experience possible, live camera access is available during scheduled viewing times. Between viewing periods, our team is fully focused on what matters most—supervising play, encouraging positive social interactions, providing enrichment, maintaining a clean environment, and ensuring every pup has time to rest, recharge, and simply enjoy being part of the pack.

Why isn't live viewing available all day?
We intentionally pause live viewing during select parts of the day so our team can give the dogs their full attention during arrivals, enrichment, rest periods, and departures. This helps create a calm, structured environment where every pup can thrive while still giving families multiple opportunities to check in throughout the day.
